Kapaklı today
Since becoming a district in 2012, Kapaklı has grown rapidly. Many families working in the Çerkezköy factories live here. Although the population is young, elderly relatives staying with their children account for most requests: check-ups, discharge journeys and trips back to home towns.
Hospital
ÇOSB Kapaklı State Hospital is on Atatürk Street in the İsmet Paşa OSB quarter. For some specialties patients are referred to Çerkezköy, Çorlu or the city hospital in the provincial centre.
Apartment blocks
