Data controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Tekirdağ Özel Ambulans as data controller, within the scope described below.

Purposes
To assess your request and contact you, plan the vehicle, crew and route, prepare a quote and provide the service, prevent misuse of the forms and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Identity, contact and request data are processed because they are directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and for the controller’s legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f). Health information you enter is special-category data and is processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 6). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
Data may be shared with the assigned medical crew as far as needed to provide the service, with public authorities where legally required, and with hosting and email providers. It is not shared with third parties for marketing. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through that app and its own terms apply.
Retention
Requests sent through the form are kept for at most 90 days if no service is provided, then deleted. Where a service is provided, records are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, know the third parties it is shared with, object to processing and claim compensation for damage.
