What we do
Tekirdağ Özel Ambulans carries patients from hospital to home, home to hospital, between facilities and between cities, and provides standby ambulance cover for events and workplaces. All seven services are listed on the services page.
How we work
Every transfer starts with a conversation in which we learn four things: where the patient is collected, where they are going, when, and how they travel. We then choose the vehicle and crew and tell you the route and the scope of the fee. The date is reserved once you approve.
On the day, the crew collects the patient from the bed or room and hands them over to the right person or unit at the destination.
What we pay attention to
- Openness. We state what makes up the fee and ask about building access, waiting and return in advance.
- Preparation. Floor, lift, stairs and where the vehicle can pull up are known before we set off.
- Confirmation. We check with the family that the receiving facility expects the patient.
- Privacy. Health information is used only to plan the transfer. See the privacy notice.
